Super simple Cheese pie with MEVGAL Yogurt and MEVGAL Cheese

As the name says, this yogurt and cheese pie is so easy and at the same time so tasty that you will want to make it all the time!


  • 3 pots (150 g each) strained MEVGAL yogurt
  • 6 large eggs
  • 500 g feta cheese MEVGAL crumbled
  • 250 g margarine or butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 ½ glasses self-raising flour
  • Plenty of freshly-ground pepper
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh mint or a little dried mint
  • Instructions

  • For the easy yogurt and cheese pie: Beat the eggs well in a large bowl, or ovenproof dish, with a whisk or hand mixer for several minutes until increased in volume.
  • Add the yogurt, pepper, fresh mint and butter.
  • Gradually add the flour until the consistency of a cake mixture.
  • Transfer the mixture to a buttered 30 cm or 32 cm mould.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius fan setting for 45 minutes, until slightly risen and lightly browned on top.
