Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour  
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 cups MEVGAL Feta cheese in cubes
  • ½ cup shredded MEVGAL Manouri cheese
  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh dill
  • 1 1/3 tsp baking powder
  • Salt and fresh ground pepper 
  • Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 360 degrees F. In a deep bowl mix eggs, olive oil and milk with an egg beater.
  • Combine flour and baking powder and slowly add it to the mix. Add the feta cheese, manouri cheese, parsley and dill.
  • Add salt and pepper. Stir the mix with a wooden spoon and pour it in a buttered cake pan (rectangular medium size).
  • Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. Serve the cake either warm or cold.
