Instructions
For the easy yogurt and cheese pie: Beat the eggs well in a large bowl, or ovenproof dish, with a whisk or hand mixer for several minutes until increased in volume.
Add the yogurt, pepper, fresh mint and butter.
Gradually add the flour until the consistency of a cake mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a buttered 30 cm or 32 cm mould.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius fan setting for 45 minutes, until slightly risen and lightly browned on top.
