Beetroot salad with MEVGAL Yogurt and garlic

Quick, easy and healthy beetroot salad with yoghurt and garlic.
Serve as an accompaniment to all types of meat and make your meals tastier, healthier and more colourful!

Ingredients

  • 2 pots (300 g) strained MEVGAL yogurt
  • 2 medium raw or precooked beetroots
  • 2-4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped dill
  • 2-3 Tbsp vinegar
  • 5-6 Tbsp olive oil
  • To serve:
  • Sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds
  • A drizzle of green olive oil
  • Instructions

  • For the beetroot salad with yogurt and garlic: Wearing gloves, wash, prepare and finely grate the beetroot.
  • Put in a small bowl.
  • Add the yogurt, finely chopped garlic, salt, vinegar, dill and olive oil.
  • Mix together well until the ingredients are well combined and of a spreadable consistency. The deepness of the colour will depend on how red the beetroots are.
