Cut the zucchini into thick slices and spread them on the baking sheet, grease them with olive oil and salt and bake them in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the authentic Greek yogurt with the paprika, the parsley, the salt and the mint.
Place the yogurt mixture in a pastry bag.
When the zucchini has cooled, proceed to the filling of the trees: we start with a zucchini base and create layers of yogurt and zucchini alternately. Put a star toothpick on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds and black currant.
