Tzatziki Yogurt Dip

Dip into Greece….and taste the delicious recipes made with MEVGAL’s Greek Yogurt!
Ingredients
2 cups
plain yogurt
1 cucumber
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1-2 cloves of garlic, chopped or pounded in a mortar
2 tbsp chopped dill
Salt
Instructions
Peel the cucumber and rub it on a towel. Use the towel to remove as much liquid as you can from the grated cucumber.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl, the yogurt, grated cucumber, chopped dill, vinegar, oil, garlic and salt.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving so that all the flavors can come out.
Store in an airtight container and consume within 4 days.
