Strapatsada with Feta

Do you fancy a new egg recipe? Try “Strapatsada” with MEVGAL’s Feta Cheese!


  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • parsley
  • pepper
  • Instructions

  • Pour the olive oil in a pan.
  • Chop the onion and put it in the pan to sauté.
  • Cut the peppers into medium pieces and throw them in the pan.
  • Stir and add the garlic in small pieces.
  • Stir until well sautéed and add the chopped tomatoes.
  • Add the salt, the oregano, mix them again and let them boil.
  • Carefully pour 3 eggs into the pan, without dissolving.
  • Once cooked, toss the crumbled Feta on top to go everywhere.
  • Turn off the heat and garnish with parsley leaves and black pepper.
