Guacamole sauce with MEVGAL Yogurt

Make this authentic Mexican Guacamole from avocado and MEVGAL Greek yogurt, and serve with Tortilla chips - you’ll be sure to impress both old and young alike!


  • 1 strained MEVGAL yogurt
  • 200 g avocado
  • Juice and grated rind of 1 lime
  • 1-2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • ½ clove garlic
  • Coriander
  • Instructions

  • Put the avocado in a large bowl and mash with a fork.
  • Add the yogurt. Finely chop the tomatoes and add together with the onion, garlic and coriander, followed by several drops of the lime juice and the grated rind.
  • Mix together well and serve with Tortilla chips, meat or poultry.
