Green yogurt dip

  • 1 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1½ fl. mayonnaise
  • 5 anchovy fillets
  • 1 dry onion
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp capers, rinsed
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper (optional)
  • Baby potatoes in the oven for serving
  • Instructions

  • In the food processor, put the capers, onion, anchovies, parsley and beat well.
  • Add the vinegar, salt and beat well again until the mixture is homogeneous.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the mayonnaise and yogurt and mix very well.
  • Serve with baby potatoes baked in the oven.
