Cauliflower Yogurt Dip

Dip into Greece….and taste the delicious recipes made with MEVGAL’s Greek Yogurt!
Ingredients
1 cup of
plain yogurt
1 medium cauliflower
25ml olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp. pumpkin seed
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. coriander powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
salt
blue cheese for serving
Doritos chips for serving
Instructions
Spread the cauliflower florets on a baking tray with parchment paper and sprinkle them with olive oil. Add paprika, salt and 1 tbsp. pumpkin seed.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, in the air, for 20 minutes.
Then cut them into small pieces and put them in a bowl.
Add the yogurt, coriander, garlic and cumin and mix until the mixture is homogeneous.
Grate the blue cheese on top by hand and add the rest of the pumpkin seeds.
Serve with doritos chips of your choice.
