Fruit Sando with Greek Yogurt!

Love goes through the stomach…. Try this delicious and impressive Fruit Sando with creamy Greek Yogurt, and everyone will fall in love with you!


  • 300g milk cream
  • 15 strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 2 slices of toast bread crumbs
  • For the icing:
  • 6 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 4 drops of green pastry color
  • white of 1 medium egg
  • Instructions

  • Pour the cream into a bowl and beat it until it becomes whipped. Add the yogurt and mix until it is homogenized.
  • Wash the strawberries, cut the stems and create a triangle at the top to give us the shape of a heart.
  • At the same time, prepare the glaze, constantly mixing the egg white with the powdered sugar. At the end, add the pastry color and transfer it to a small cornet bag.
  • Take a slice of bread, spread half of the yogurt cream and place the strawberries diagonally.
  • Add the rest of the cream.
  • In the second slice of bread, use a small round cutter to make holes.
  • We use the same cutter to make strawberry balls from the rest of the strawberries.
  • Place the slice of bread on top and cover the gaps with the strawberry balls.
  • Optionally, decorate with the glaze, forming leaflets on top of the strawberries.
  • Finally, cut the sandwich in half to reveal the heart-shaped strawberries and serve to our loved one.
