Caramelized onions Yogurt Dip

  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 dry onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • zest of a lemon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chopped parsley and serving
  • chips for serving
  • Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, on the grill.
  • At the same time, cut the onions into slices and spread them on a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  • Sprinkle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and put them in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
  • In a bowl, pour mayonnaise, yogurt, zest of a lemon, salt and chopped onions.
  • Add olive oil, melted garlic and mix well.
  • Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley and with chips of your choice.
