  • 150g Mevgal Greek Yogurt 10%
    •
  • 1 tbsp dill
    •
  • 1 tbsp parsley
    •
  • 1 spring onion
    •
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
    •
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    •
  • 1 pinch of salt
    •
  • 1-2 tbsp water
    •

    Instructions

  • Finely chop the onion, dill and parsley and throw them in a deep dish.

  • Add the yogurt, garlic powder, vinegar and salt.

  • Mix well and add a little water.

  • Serve in a bowl, on a plate with vegetables of your choice.
