Sugar-free chocolate mousse with MEVGAL Yogurt

This mousse is just as its name says: sugar-free chocolate mousse, which is also eggless but has yogurt. It’s so light you can eat it guilt-free. Try it!


  • 250 g sugar-free couverture chocolate, finely chopped
  • 2 pots (300 g) strained MEVGAL yogurt
  • 100 ml milk
  • For the garnish: Finely chopped fresh fruit and, if liked, also nuts of your choice
  • Instructions

  • For the sugar-free, eggless chocolate mousse: Put the finely-chopped chocolate and milk in a saucepan.
  • Leave over a very low heat until the chocolate has melted completely, stirring occasionally.
  • When the chocolate has melted leave the mixture to cool for a few minutes.
  • Transfer to a mixer bowl.
  • Add the strained yogurt and whisk for a few minutes until well combined.
  • Divide the thin mousse equally among 6 glasses.
  • Refrigerate for around 3 hours until set.
  • Serve topped with finely chopped fresh fruit, or plain.
