Salmon with MEVGAL Yogurt sauce

Make this delicious, healthy dish of salmon and refreshing yogurt sauce and enjoy every bite of it!

Ingredients

  • 4 slices salmon
  • 2 tsp dill
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil for frying
  • For the sauce:
  • 4 Tbsp strained MEVGAL yogurt
  • 4 Tbsp cream
  • Grated rind of 1 lemon
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt
  • Instructions

  • For the sauce: mix all the ingredients together until creamy. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
  • Season the salmon with salt and pepper and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 5-6 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with finely chopped dill and serve together with the sauce.
