Forget the pizza deliveries once and for all. Try this homemade pizza with pure ingredients as an appetizer, as a main course or even as a late night snack and you won’t regret it!
Cut the onions into thin rings and the garlic in thicker slices. Wash and cut the tomatoes. Heat some oil in a pan and add the onions, the garlic, the thyme and salt and pepper.
Cook for one hour on very low heat, until the onions become a puree. Heat the oven at 220 degrees Celsius.
Put the dough on a greased griddle and puncture with a fork. Put the onions on top, and then the tomatoes, the olives and sprinkle with grated MEVGAL feta cheese.
Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for approximately 25 minutes.
