Dip with Florina peppers, MEVGAL Yogurt and peanuts

Try these simple little dips and accompany them with crackers as a delicious snack or a light evening meal!


  • 1 jar Florina peppers
  • 3 Tbsp strained MEVGAL yogurt
  • 4 Tbsp peanuts
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp red curry powder
  • Instructions

  • Cut the peppers into slices and leave to drain off the juice from the jar.
  • Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Refrigerate for a while and serve with crackers
