Delicious lemon mousse with MEVGAL Yogurt

Make this simple lemon mousse with MEVGAL yogurt and you’ll love it! Replace the strained yogurt with lemon-flavoured yogurt for a more intense flavour!

Ingredients

  • ½ litre strained MEVGAL yogurt or MEVGAL fruit yogurt - lemon flavored
  • 300 ml cream 35% fat
  • 5 tablespoons icing sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla powder
  • Juice and grated rind of 2 large lemons
  • Crushed biscuits to decorate
  • Instructions

  • Whip the chilled cream together with the sugar and vanilla.
  • Gently fold in the juice, grated lemon rind and yogurt. Add more sugar or lemon juice to taste (sweeter or sourer).
  • Serve in glasses or bowls.
  • Chill the mousse in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Sprinkle with crushed biscuits to serve.
