Chocolate cheesecake

Happiness is… Chocolate cheesecake with MEVGAL’s Authentic Greek Yogurt!
Ingredients
300g
Mevgal Greek Yogurt 10%
100g melted baking chocolate
240g digestive cookies or cookies of you preference
220g cream cheese
2 eggs
5 tbsp melted butter
3 tbsp maple syrup soup
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
blueberry for decoration
6 medium-sized pastry sheets
Instructions
Put the cookies in a mixer until they become powder.
Add the melted butter and beat again until it become smooth.
Divide the mixture on the pastry paper and spread it well by pressing with your fingers until it becomes a solid base.
Clean the mixer and add the cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla, syrup, eggs and melted chocolate.
Beat well until the mixture becomes one.
Pour the mixture on the papers. Place them in a pan and cover with foil.
Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes at 140 degrees.
Once cooked, take them out of the oven and garnish with blueberries.
Keep them in the refrigerator for 5 days.
