Baked peppers with MEVGAL Kasseri Cheese

These stuffed peppers are quick, easy and delicious and will delight young and old alike.


  • 4 red Bull’s Horn Peppers
  • Olive oil
  • 4 thick slices Kasseri cheese
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Vinegar
  • Instructions

  • Place the peppers in aluminium foil and sprinkle with salt. Bake in the oven until soft.
  • Remove from the oven and leave to cool in the foil.
  • Peel the peppers carefully so as not to damage them and insert one slice of Kasseri into each one.
  • Return the peppers to the oven until the cheese melts or put in the microwave.
  • Serve hot with a little oregano, olive oil and salt. Also very good with vinegar.
