Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 100ml milk
  • Ice
  • 1 tbs oats
  • Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour all ingredients and serve immediately.You can also add almonds (blended) and cinnamon if you wish.
