Place the spinach in boiling water for 5 minutes. Then remove and strain well.
In a large frying pan add the olive oil and sauté the onion, add the spinach, salt and pepper. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
Then remove from the heat and add the dairy cream, place the ingredients in a heat-resistant pan and bake for 5 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius, after having added diced MEVGAL feta inside and outside the spinach.
