Super simple panna cotta with MEVGAL Yogurt

Try making this delicious panna cotta with MEVGAL yogurt and just a few other ingredients and you will surely impress everybody who will get it taste it! 


  • 240 ml milk
  • 60 g honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla 10 g powdered gelatin 
  • Instructions

  • Heat the milk in a small pan together with the honey, vanilla and gelatin.
  • Simmer, stirring gently, for approximately 1 to 2 minutes until the honey and gelatin dissolve.
  • Put the yogurt in a bowl, add the milk mixture and mix until combined.
  • Divide the mixture among glasses, or put in a mould, and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours Garnish with fruit of your choice.
