Strapatsada with Feta

Do you fancy a new egg recipe? Try “Strapatsada” with MEVGAL’s Feta Cheese!
Ingredients
200g Mevgal Feta
3 eggs
1 can of chopped tomatoes
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of oregano
parsley
pepper
Instructions
Pour the olive oil in a pan.
Chop the onion and put it in the pan to sauté.
Cut the peppers into medium pieces and throw them in the pan.
Stir and add the garlic in small pieces.
Stir until well sautéed and add the chopped tomatoes.
Add the salt, the oregano, mix them again and let them boil.
Carefully pour 3 eggs into the pan, without dissolving.
Once cooked, toss the crumbled Feta on top to go everywhere.
Turn off the heat and garnish with parsley leaves and black pepper.
