Saute spinach with MEVGAL Feta Cheese

Delicious and healthy sauté spinach with feta cheese. A great way to make your children eat their vegetables and even ask for more!

  • 1 kg spinach
  • 1 dry onion
  • some olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dairy cream
  • salt and pepper

  • Place the spinach in boiling water for 5 minutes. Then remove and strain well.
  • In a large frying pan add the olive oil and sauté the onion, add the spinach, salt and pepper. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
  • Then remove from the heat and add the dairy cream, place the ingredients in a heat-resistant pan and bake for 5 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius, after having added diced MEVGAL feta inside and outside the spinach.
  • Optionally you can add minced bacon to the onion.
