Raspberry pistachio Greek Yogurt

Give your breakfast a twist! Raspberry pistachio with MEVGAL’s Authentic Greek Yogurt!


  • 2 tbsp raspberry jam
  • ¼  cup of pistachios
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Instructions

  • Pour the yogurt, vanilla, syrup in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
  • On a surface that has been coated with baking paper, add the mixture and spread it with a spatula. Pour the jam on top and spread it everywhere.
  • Crumble the peanuts and add them to the mixture.
  • Place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
  • Once the dessert is frozen, it is ready to come out of the fridge.
  • Cut into pieces and serve.
