Garlic bread with yogurt

  • 3 whole garlics
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 white baguette
  • 80g butter
  • 1/2 tbsp chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Instructions

  • Cut the top of the garlic, add oil, salt and wrap them with foil.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for about an hour at 180 degrees.
  • Open the baguette in the middle and cut it into pieces about 10cm.
  • Put the butter, the parsley, the salt and the cooked garlic in a bowl.
  • Stir until smooth.
  •  Spread the mixture on the slices of bread and bake in the oven at 220 degrees for about 5 minutes.
  • Serve with yogurt flavored with chili flakes.
