Pour the cream into a bowl and beat it until it becomes whipped. Add the yogurt and mix until it is homogenized.
Wash the strawberries, cut the stems and create a triangle at the top to give us the shape of a heart.
At the same time, prepare the glaze, constantly mixing the egg white with the powdered sugar. At the end, add the pastry color and transfer it to a small cornet bag.
Take a slice of bread, spread half of the yogurt cream and place the strawberries diagonally.
Add the rest of the cream.
In the second slice of bread, use a small round cutter to make holes.
We use the same cutter to make strawberry balls from the rest of the strawberries.
Place the slice of bread on top and cover the gaps with the strawberry balls.
Optionally, decorate with the glaze, forming leaflets on top of the strawberries.
Finally, cut the sandwich in half to reveal the heart-shaped strawberries and serve to our loved one.
