Easy MEVGAL frozen Yogurt with figs

  • 2 figs, finely chopped
  • 5 tablespoons strained MEVGAL yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Instructions

  • Put the chopped figs in the freezer. This may be done a day or even months in advance.
  • 30 minutes before preparing and serving the ice cream put the yogurt in the freezer and leave until it just starts to harden.
  • When the yogurt is ready, put it in a food processor with the frozen figs and honey and pulse 4-5 times maximum. Gently stir with a spoon and transfer into sundae glasses or small bowls.
  • The bowls of ice cream can be kept in the freezer for up to 30 minutes before serving.
