Chocolate cheesecake

Happiness is… Chocolate cheesecake with MEVGAL’s Authentic Greek Yogurt!


  • 100g melted baking chocolate
  • 240g digestive cookies or cookies of you preference
  • 220g cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tbsp melted butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup soup
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • blueberry for decoration
  • 6 medium-sized pastry sheets
  • Instructions

  • Put the cookies in a mixer until they become powder.
  • Add the melted butter and beat again until it become smooth.
  • Divide the mixture on the pastry paper and spread it well by pressing with your fingers until it becomes a solid base.
  • Clean the mixer and add the cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla, syrup, eggs and melted chocolate.
  • Beat well until the mixture becomes one.
  • Pour the mixture on the papers. Place them in a pan and cover with foil.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes at 140 degrees.
  • Once cooked, take them out of the oven and garnish with blueberries.
  • Keep them in the refrigerator for 5 days.
