Mouth drooling with MEVGAL Feta Cheese dip

Super easy warm dip with feta cheese that you can make in so many different occasions, from a quick dinner snack to spread on a small baguette, to a yummy alternative to accompany your tortilla chips at a party!

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese softened
  • 1-1½ ( ounces) crumbled MEVGAL feta cheese
  • ½ cup chopped roasted sweet red peppers
  • 3 tablespoons minced fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • sliced French bread baguette or tortilla chips
  • Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Celsius.
  • In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, MEVGAL feta cheese, peppers and basil until blended.
  • Transfer to a greased 3-sup baking dish.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
  • Serve with baguette slices or tortilla chips.
