Green yogurt dip

Dip into Greece….and taste the delicious recipes made with MEVGAL’s Greek Yogurt!
Ingredients
1 cup of
plain yogurt
1½ fl. mayonnaise
5 anchovy fillets
1 dry onion
½ cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp capers, rinsed
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
Salt
Pepper (optional)
Baby potatoes in the oven for serving
Instructions
In the food processor, put the capers, onion, anchovies, parsley and beat well.
Add the vinegar, salt and beat well again until the mixture is homogeneous.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the mayonnaise and yogurt and mix very well.
Serve with baby potatoes baked in the oven.
