Yogurt Super Bowl

Start your morning on a brighter note! This wholesome Yogurt Super Bowl layers creamy MEVGAL Yogurt with warm cinnamon-kissed apples, silky chia pudding and a drizzle of peanut butter. Finished with crunchy granola and jewel-like pomegranate seeds, it’s a deliciously nourishing bowl that brings comfort, color and energy to every spoonful!

Ingredients

  • 2 apples, diced
  • 4tbsp granola
  • 2tbsp raisins
  • 2tbsp peanut butter
  • 2tbsp chia seeds
  • 150ml milk
  • 1tbsp honey
  • 1tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • Instructions

  • Dice the apples and place them in a bowl. Sprinkle them with cinnamon.
  • Add the honey and raisins and mix lightly.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the chia seeds with milk and set aside until the mixture thickens.
  • Warm a pan over medium heat and sauté the apple mixture for 5–6 minutes, or until the apples soften and release their juices.
  • To assemble, spread the yogurt in the base of your bowl.
  • Arrange the granola, chia pudding, warm cinnamon apples and peanut butter around the edges to create a “super bowl” effect.
  • Finish with a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds.
