Yogurt Smoothie with Peach, Mango and Chia Seeds

Back to routine? This peach, mango & chia yogurt smoothie is creamy, energizing and full of natural goodness to keep you going strong this autumn. Whether as a quick breakfast, a post-workout refuels, or a wholesome snack, it’s a simple way to enjoy the many benefits of yogurt every day.

Ingredients

  • 1½ tbsp chia seeds
  • 150ml coconut milk
  • 1 large ripe peach
  • 1 ripe mango
  • Juice of half an orange
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Optional for serving: sliced almonds, shredded coconut, or chocolate pieces
  • Instructions

  • In a jug, combine the coconut milk and chia seeds. Let them soak for about 1 hour.
  • Meanwhile, cut the fruit into small pieces and place them in the freezer until frozen.
  • Once ready, add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and garnish, if desired, with fresh mint leaves, sliced almonds, shredded coconut, or chocolate pieces.
