A fresh take on classic tartare, elevated with the smooth creaminess of MEVGAL yogurt. Light, flavorful, and perfectly balanced.

Ingredients

  • 2 pickles, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp capers, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed into a paste
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chopped pickles, capers, dill, and crushed garlic.
  • Instructions

  • Drizzle in the olive oil and mix until smooth and well incorporated.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 15–20 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
  • Serve chilled alongside crispy cod fish sticks or any grilled seafood.
