  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • ½ pepper, finely chopped
  • 5 slices turkey, finely chopped
  • 3 brown mushrooms, finely chopped
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper
  • Mustard
  • Oregano
  • 2 eggs
  • 200g MEVGAL feta, diced 
  • Instructions

  • Put a little oil in a small pan and put on the heat. Add the chopped tomato, pepper, mushrooms and turkey and sauté until wilted.
  • Add the eggs mixed with the pepper, oregano and mustard.
  • Cook stirring and when the omelette begins to set add the feta for extra flavour.
